Steeped in New Orleans—just like a strong cup of coffee from Café Du Monde— Cornell Landry and his work embody the city he has known and loved for 43 years. Born and raised just across the Mississippi River in what the locals call the Westbank, Cornell grew up in a family where he was surrounded by faith, tradition and delicious food every single day. He was educated in the Catholic school system all the way through college. He has dabbled in many fields, but his passion has always been cooking and New Orleans living.
